Convivial, one of Washington DC’s premier french restaurants, was looking to add some new flavor to their digital presence and innovate the ways they were showcasing their dishes. Executive chef Cedric Maupillier and I worked together to create an immersive video that flaunted the cooking technique involved in chef Cedric’s duck paella.
